Campers become familiar with the needs of a horse and the responsibilities of a rider in an upbeat and fun environment. Riders must be at least 6 years old and at least 4 feet tall. Warning: This is a camp for those who want to spend a lot of time on a horse! Campers spend 1 hour a week in group focused riding activites and 3 hours per week in group practice sessions (that’s 4 hours per week on horseback!). We ride Western style give real life riding practice. Kids have an activity rich week. Time is provided for lunch.
